Class Descriptions

Beginner Bliss: Intro to Pole Series

No experience necessary!  This class is designed for those who have always dreamed of trying pole dance fitness in a safe and supportive space.  Get ready to meet your new love, the pole!  In this class, we will learn the essential techniques and build a strong foundation in pole dance; familiarizing ourselves with the pole and basic fundamentals including walks, pirouettes, basic spins and of course, climbing!  We’re sure it will be love at first spin!  **No prior experience is required; this class is open to absolute beginners and those looking to solidify their understanding of fundamental pole techniques.

Level 2: Pole Progressions

Intermediate pole.  In Pole Progressions, students are learning to confidently invert upside down from the floor. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a carefully structured series of exercises, techniques, and progressions aimed at building the strength, flexibility, and confidence needed to achieve stunning inversions with control and grace. We focus on the techniques and body mechanics required for successful inversions while continuing to develop core and upper body strength. All combos and sequences to be performed on both sides.  Static & spin pole will be used.  Heels are welcome and optional! **This class is for those who have tested out of Pole Foundations or demonstrate proficiency in beg/int. pole techniques and inversions.

Level 1: Pole Foundations

Now that you’ve become accquainted with the pole, it’s time to start building on those Intro fundamentals and developing upper body strength. This class takes your skills to new heights by introducing spin pole, transitions, and choreography, all while developing your repertoire of captivating pole moves! Students will learn new upright tricks, grips, climbs, and points of contact while preparing for inversions.  Static & spin pole will be used in this choreography based class.  Come ready to work!   Heels are welcome and optional! **This class is for those who have tested out of Beginner Bliss or demonstrate proficiency in beginner pole technique.

Level 3+: Pole Mastery

Advanced pole. This class is tailored for experienced pole dancers who have mastered the fundamentals and are eager to push their boundaries. Elevate your technique, strength, and creativity as you take your inversion skills to the next level with challenging variations and combos, exploring the art of aerial maneuvers. **This class is for those who have tested out of Pole Progressions or demonstrate proficiency in intermediate pole techniques. A solid understanding of foundational spins, climbs, and inversions is essential.

Spin Flow Lab (Level 1+)

Learn the art of spin pole with grace and style in this mix level class. Explore a variety of spins, transitions, and combos that will elevate your dance to new heights! From basic spin pole flows to intricate sequences, Spin Flow Lab will surely expand your repertoire while focusing on fluidity, control, and the beauty of motion. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced pole enthusiast, this class caters to multiple levels, providing a supportive environment for growth and exploration. Heels are welcome! **This class is for those who have taken at least 5 Pole Foundation classes or demonstrate proficiency in basic pole techniques, including spins, climbs, and choppers.

#PoleGoals

Come ready with your personal list of pole goals and dream moves to work on! This class is designed to meet you where you are in your individual pole dance journey, allowing you to choose and work towards your own specific goals moves! Instructor will circulate throughout the room, offering individualized attention to each student and assisting them with their chosen moves and skills. Limit to 6 students per class. (1 person per pole to ensure each student gets the best individualized experience.) **This is not a group instruction class. Each student will work individually with the instructor on move(s) of their choice. All levels welcome!

Slink, Flow, CLAQ! (Low Flow Heels)

This experience offers a unique blend of slinky movements, intricate threading, and the artistry of low flow pole dance with dynamic floor work. Led by Instructor Ashley, inspired by her personal style and hit workshop series SlinkShop, this class promises an immersive exploration of sensuality, elegance, and expression. Celebrate slinky, flowy, and fluid movements, incorporating both static and spin pole techniques. The choreography and transitions are designed to be sexy and alluring. If you love all things "thready, spready, and splitty" and of course, heel CLAQ’s, this class is for you! **Not a beginner class. This class is for those who have tested out of Beginner Bliss or demonstrate proficiency in beginner pole technique.

FloorWork Fusion (No Pole)

No pole no problem! For dancers of all levels who want to explore the sensual and artistic possibilities of dance, grounded on the floor. Discover the sensuality of floor work through slinky slides, graceful rolls, and sultry stretches. Learn how to convey emotion, tell a story, and evoke a mood through the captivating language of dance using nothing but the floor. **No experience required! All levels welcome! Knee pads and socks or heels strongly encouraged.

Pole Play (Practice Pole - No Instructor)

Welcome to Pole Play, where the poles are open, and the possibilities are endless! Open pole practice is for all levels! This is your time to dance, sway, and express yourself in the way that feels most authentic. Whether you're perfecting your favorite spins, working on a new trick, or simply enjoying the rhythm of dance, Pole Play is your time and your canvas! **Instructor will be present but there is no instruction given during Pole Play. This is a practice pole session. Limit to 6 students per class.

Flexibility Lab (All Levels)

Flexibilty Lab is designed to enhance your flexibility, promote joint mobility, and compliment your pole fitness journey. Crafted to accommodate all levels, providing a dedicated space to improve your range of motion and overall flexibility. Here we prioritize the art of flexibility, recognizing its profound impact on both performance and overall well-being. This class is a harmonious blend of dynamic stretches, targeted exercises, and mindful breathing techniques, all set to a backdrop of soothing music in our vibrant pole fitness studio. **No experience required! All levels welcome! Yoga Mat required.

Flying Pole

A dynamic workout that combines pole and aerial fitness giving you dance, acrobatics, and strength training all in one place! This class is perfect for experienced pole enthusiasts looking to enhance their strength and agility. Explore the fundamentals of aerial pole dance, mastering essential grips, spins, and poses as you gracefully move through the air. Join our Flying Pole class for an exhilarating journey into the world of aerial excitement! NOT a beginner class. This class is for those who have tested out of Pole Foundations or demonstrate proficiency in beg/int. pole techniques and inversions. This class will be offered once a month
