Waivers and Assumption of Risk

A Signed Liability Waiver is required for all participants at the studio. Without a signed waiver, you will not be allowed to participate!

By purchasing a class or entering CLAQ HAUS LLC, you acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public setting. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with COVID-19 exposure and agree not to hold CLAQ HAUS LLC, its owners, and team members liable for any illness or injury related to your presence at CLAQ HAUS LLC Studio.

Late Policy

CLAQ HAUS has a 10-Minute Late Policy to ensure the safety and experience of all participants. If you arrive within the 10-minute grace period, you're welcome to join the class (we recommend notifying us if you anticipate a delay).  Arriving after this grace period means missing the crucial warm-up, and for your safety, you won't be admitted and will be asked to reschedule the class. We may assign your spot to a waitlisted student, emphasizing the importance of punctuality for everyone's safety and enjoyment. Late cancellations and No-Shows are subject to class forfeiture and a late cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

There is 4-hour cancellation policy for all group classes, events, and workshops and a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private lessons or space rentals. Any sessions cancelled within the designated time frames will be credited back to your account for future use. Any cancellations made after the above specified time frames are considered a late cancellation subject to a late cancellation fee and forfeiture of the class/session.

Refunds will not be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS

Respectful Interactions Only

Respect your fellow classmates and instructors. Remember to always be polite, encouraging, supportive of those around you. Avoid disrupting class instruction and authority.  Any individual(s) causing disruptions will be asked to leave, and no refunds or studio credit will be given. No phone conversations in the classroom. If you need to make or answer a call, please take it outside the studio.

CLAQ HAUS LLC strictly prohibits hate speech or aggression. Derogatory comments or actions based on race, gender identity, sexuality, ethnicity, sex work background, body size, or disability are not tolerated. Bullying, cyberbullying, or harassing others is prohibited. If you experience harassment, promptly notify CLAQ HAUS LLC personnel. Individuals engaging in such behavior will face immediate consequences, including a studio ban, membership termination, and absolutely no refunds will be given!

Memberships and Class Packages

Annual Memberships require a 12 month commitment & are subject to an early termination fee if cancelled before the 12 month term. Annual memberships will automatically renew unless notice is received 30 days prior to the conclusion of the term.

Class Pack Options: 5 Class Pack Expires 3 Months from purchase date. 10 Class Pack Expires 6 months from purchase date. 10 Class Pack Purchase includes (1) Beginner Bliss: Intro to Pole Class. Class cannot be shared, transferred, or credited. Class expires 30 days from purchase. YOGA CLASS PACKS are valid on Yoga Classes ONLY.

Refunds and Transfers

All sales are non-transferable, non-shareable, and non-refundable.  Please make sure to note the expiration date and use all classes before that date.  Expiration dates will NOT be extended. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Safety

  • For your safety, USE A CRASH MAT!

  • Students should not spot other students during class and should be done by the instructor ONLY. This is for everyone’s safety.

  • Any student arriving after the warm up has been completed will not be allowed to participate in class!

  • Only registered class participants are permitted inside the studio. Students are not allowed to bring accompanying individuals to class.

What To Wear: Ensure Appropriate Attire at All Times

Appropriate attire is required at the studio at all times! 

  • Pole Classes: fitted shorts/pole shorts/bottoms, sports bra, tank top/t-shirt.

  • Non-Pole Classes: comfortable athletic wear such as leggings/shorts, sports bra, tank top/t-shirt.

    Aerial Classes: leggings, tank top/t-shirt with sleeves

No see-through material exposing private area. Underwear is NOT workout attire. No pasties or thongs/G-string. ABSOLUTELY NO NUDITY. No streetwear shoes are to be worn within the studio

Photos/Video Recording

Please respect eachother’s privacy. Do not record anyone without their permission, including the instructors. Recording is allowed at designated times within class stated by your instructor.

Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy

CLAQ HAUS LLC does not accept returns.  We will gladly exchange merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date.  Exchanges must be unused and in its original packaging with original tags attached in unused condition to be eligible for an exchange

Food and Beverages

Only water is permitted inside the studio.  NO GLASS CONTAINERS. Any snacks or meals should be consumed outside of the studio.
