Ashley - Owner & Pole Fitness Instructor
Hello future CLAQ-ETTES! My name is Ashley but on a stage I'm better known as A Handspring A Day! I’m not only an instructor but also the proud heartbeat behind CLAQ HAUS Pole Fitness. CLAQ stems from my love for heel “clacks”, an absolute staple in my movement. I took my first pole class in 2010 after being instantly intrigued by a show in Las Vegas. I sporadically took classes over the years but it wasn’t until 2018 that I truly fell in love with pole. I began teaching in 2020 and knew I discovered my passion. I currently teach all pole levels, flexibility, floor work, flying pole, and low flow. I’m Xpert Fitness and Liquid Motion Certified along with mentorships specializing in low flow pole and most recently, edgework. My love for pole truly radiates, and I pride myself on creating a fun, safe, and effective learning environment for my students while building meaningful, long lasting relationships. With CLAQ HAUS, my mission is simple - to provide a supportive and safe haven, just as I had found; A place to feel seen, heard, supported, sexy, strong, and free to express yourself through movement and fall in love with all of your body’s capabilities. Thrilled about this new venture, I'm excited to bring CLAQ HAUS Pole Fitness to Bergen County and empower North Jersey! I can’t wait to dance with you all!
